What is the recovery model?
The recovery model is a framework developed through a grassroots consumer effort. It shifts the focus from eliminating symptoms to supporting individuals in defining and pursuing outcomes that matter to them.
Recovery, in this framework, is personal. It’s about learning to live a life of greater agency, belonging, and purpose, even while mental health challenges are present.
The Bandwidth Model
Life with mental health challenges isn’t linear, and neither is recovery. That’s why our resources are tailored to meet people where they are, offering strategies for low, medium, and high bandwidth days.
Focus on functional living
We provide support for navigating the practicalities of daily life—like routines, movement, and connection—while also helping users rebuild identity and find purpose.
