1 lb shrimp (peeled)

1 can coconut milk + 1 tbsp curry powder
Add Ins / Vegetables
1 cup diced sweet potatoes, 1 cup spinach
Cooking Method / Prep
Saute shrimp; add coconut milk, curry powder, sweet potatoes, and spinach; simmer for 15 minutes
