Protein Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (browned)
Flavor Base
1 packet taco seasoning + 1/2 cup water
Add Ins / Vegetables
1 can black beans, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 cup frozen corn
Cooking Method / Prep
Dump into slow cooker and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours
