Getting up and out of bed in the morning can be a challenge no matter what. When we add chronic mental health conditions to the mix, we may face that extra layer of dread or fear that makes getting out of the comforts of bed even more difficult.

These movements were designed for those of us who could use a little support getting moving when we just want to stay still. They are gentle, yet powerful movements to gradually shift back into the day.
